Interior Pine Wood Door Jamb
1. User Pain Points
Contractors usually consider solid pine jambs a real hassle because of:Fuzzing & Tear-out - Pine that is cut on-site generally leaves rough ends which are fuzzy and you would have a lot of sanding to do before painting. Warping/Twisting - Solid wood reacts to humidity changes differently which can lead you to the point of having gaps that will need shimming on different levels and that takes time. The end-grain of pine uses up so much primer that the product may look spotted and this will ultimately ruin the finishing.
2. Our Solution
Our factory processed Pine Door Jambs have resolved your on-site problems.
significantly reduces fuzzing and tear-out compared to untreated jambs, provided standard sharp blades are used and the paint will take evenly - there won t be any dark spots.
Kiln-dried and milled with precision This means you get a straight and stable material and you ll spend a lot less time fiddling around with the fit on-site。
Pre-primed and Sanded two coats of primer has been applied and sanded to 180 grit. Only cutting, fitting and topping are required.
