You will spend an extra 20-30 minutes in a single room just for preparing the wall before painting can be done.
Our straight cut baseboard is manufactured from high-quality solid pine with the moisture content reduced to 8%-12% in a kiln - the result is dimensional stability. The profiles are precision-cut ±0.8mm which allows for tight and perfect joints without any gap. The baseboard's surface is factory-sanded so that it only needs painting - no need for additional sanding at your home. The product is produced in 1x2 through to 1x8 sizes - we can also manufacture your size.

Production Process
First, the type of tree, grade, and obvious imperfections of each wood batch that arrives are checked carefully. The areas such as knots, pockets, and resin, and the parts of wood that are stressed because of bending, etc., are marked and cut out before the pieces are produced. Approved and well-picked raw materials go on to the production line.
The lumber is kiln-dried until it reaches a moisture content of 8%-12%. To get accurate measurements, a pin-type moisture meter is applied at several places on every wood bundle. Products with a moisture content outside this range are not used for further processing.
After defects are removed, finger-jointed sections are pressed and dried under carefully controlled conditions. To confirm the strength of the glue joint, the bonded parts are subjected to bending tests - wood must split off the side of the glue line, not crack at the glue joint.
Profiles are produced by machining the parts in accordance with accepted technical drawings. Dimension checks take place at the beginning of production and also after every 50 pieces during processing. The width and thickness deviations are maintained within±0.8mm.
The sanding step is repeated between every coat to get rid of the imperfections on the surface and finally to achieve an impeccably smooth surface.
6.Dimensional Inspection
Width, thickness, length, and profile accuracy are the main features that each piece is assessed for. Measurement is done with digital calipers which have precision up to 0.01mm. Any parts that go beyond the set tolerance are marked and taken apart.
We measure width, thickness, length profile, and verify each for conformity of a piece through a physical check, and only the pieces that fall in line with the established tolerances are considered to be fit for production. 0.01mm precise measurement digital calipers are utilized for verification purposes. Any workpieces that are above the tolerances of the specifications are marked and discarded.
