Exterior door frames face constant exposure to moisture, temperature swings, and UV rays.Normally, wooden door frames take in moisture and swell, crack, and eventually, the doors will stick in summer and have gaps in winter. The paint will begin to peel in just 1-2 years, leading to expensive repainting. Besides, installation usually involves cutting and fitting on-site, which can add a few hours to each door.
Our offer
We have made a composite door frame that is specially designed to withstand the outdoors. The level of the frame's core has a high level of dimensional stability - it can resist the swelling and shrinking that happens at different times of the year.The pre-primed surface (≥30μm DFT) does not need to be sanded or primed on-site at all—just paint and pave.
The pre-cut frames are designed to fit the standard door openings without any need for cutting on the site. This way, the installation time for each door can be reduced to less than 45 minutes.

Manufacturing process
1) The timber logs are cut into boards.
2) Next, kiln dried to a moisture content of 8-12% to ensure maximum stability throughout the entire manufacturing process
3) Post KD, boards should stay in the warehouse for more than 20 days(Note that different size boards require different days) to make the material more stable and moisture content more uniform. This step is critical for preventing warping and ensuring dimensional stability.
4) The defects on the boards will be trimmed before finger jointing. Length of moulding can be finger jointed up to 18 ft, or as per customization, etc. However, finger jointed board shall be through rough sanding and then shaped (as per customer's drawing) by the shape machine.
5) Subsequently, the raw unprimed moulding will pass two coating primer (sanding between coats) stages, then water-based paint. Coating application would be focused on equally on all edges to achieve strong adhesion to the wood substrate.
6) Our workers will do the final inspection on each of the pcs of products before packing.

1. Are you able to provide samples before ordering?
Yes, samples are available. Standard samples are free; custom samples are charged at cost (refundable upon bulk order). Sample lead time: 5-7 business days for standard profiles; 10-15 business days for custom profiles. Shipping cost is covered by the client.
2. Are you able to manufacture products according to the client's drawings?
Yes, we are able to perform OEM and customization production according to the client's drawings or samples.
3. Are you able to apply our company's logo to the products or to the packages?

The products are packed in shrinkable PVC films and plywood pallets.

8. What is the MOQ?
Our standard MOQ is a 40HQ container. To satisfy our trial customers' needs, we may offer a 20GP container with the possibility to load 2-3 different products.
