1. Can you give us some samples before ordering?
Samples will be available to ensure the proper quality and profile of the products before starting mass production.
2. Can you manufacture products following drawings made by your customers?
Yes, we are able to offer our products as well as OEM production from client drawings, samples or other requirements.
3. Can you brand our company on products or in packaging?
We are prepared to provide branded products, tags, barcodes, and packaging.
4. What kinds of payment do you accept?
Mainly, we use T/T payments, but other payment methods may be discussed upon our cooperation.
5. What is your lead time?
Our lead time is about 45 days since order confirmation. Custom profiles' manufacturing is estimated at 45-65 days according to tool complexity.
6. How are products packaged when being sent abroad?
The products are packed in shrinkable PVC film, with the protection of cardboard on edges and palletizing on plywood pallets for container transportation.
7. Could you organize a mixed loading of containers?
It's quite possible. In case of trial orders, it is possible to pack 2-3 different products in one 20GP container.
8. Can you make products that have been pre-primed and painted?
Depending on the customer's preference, the products will be raw, primed, or pre-painted; these are the ones we are offering in our product range.
9. What is the Minimum Order Quantity?
We have a standard MOQ, but it depends a lot on container sizes. We are ready to help a 20GP container for trial orders, where up to 2-3 different products could still fit on board.
