Raw Material Preparation: The timber logs are first cut into boards and carefully selected for further processing.
Kiln Drying (KD): Before production and end-use performance, boards are kiln dried to a moisture content of 8 - 12% to ensure stability.
Natural Stabilization: Once the drying is complete, the boards are stored in our warehouse for over 20 days (depending on size) so that the moisture stabilizes and the material consistency is improved. This is a very important step in producing high-quality door frames.
Finger Jointing & Shaping: Defective parts are eliminated before finger jointing. Boards can be extended up to 18ft or customized length, then processed into required profiles using precision shaping machines according to drawings for wooden door frame systems.
Surface Finishing: We first apply two coats of primer (with sanding between coats), and then one coat of water-based top paint.
Quality Inspection: After manufacturing, each piece is inspected for: dimensional accuracy, surface quality and structural stability.
Packing & Protection: Final products are packed with: Shrinkable PVC film and plywood pallets
